3 Before me!

No matter if you are in first grade or a senior, practicing independent thinking is a must!

3 before Me simply means....when you have a question, be it simple or more complex, ask 1-3 friends to help you sort it out before you ask the teacher.  This gives the teacher more valuable, less fragmented time with each student (And you will be very happy about this whenever it is your turn!)
If 3 friends do not seem to be of much help, the expectation is to TAKE a RISK! WOW! What a fun and great way to learn!  TRY something out! You will enjoy how your brain will grow in curiosity, imagination, associative thinking and organizational planning!

When communicating with your team-members or teacher...try the "1-3 Thumbs up" approach to quickly (and subtly) indicate if you get it or not!  This method, saves everyone time and encourages all of us to help one~another!
